Booking and payment of hotel accommodation

Accommodation can be booked within the HOTEL BERNARDIN booking form (.doc) no later than July 11, 2008. As the number of rooms available for the Conference is limited, your choice of hotel can not be guaranteed after that date. Your choice of accommodation will be duly considered, and applications will be processed on a first come – first served basis.

Accommodation is payable directly to the hotel at check-out.

Hotels can be booked by credit card only: the number of your credit card is required as an accommodation guarantee.

All cancellations must be sent in writing and addressed to the Booking department. Cancellations received before August 15, 2008 are free of charge. After this date, one night stay will be charged to your credit card.
