We are pleased to inform you that 5th Regional Central European ISPO Conference (ISPO) will be held in Bernardine Congress Centre, Portorož, Slovenia, between the 18th and 20th of September, 2008.

The Regional Central European ISPO Conference is an event which is held once in three years and draws professionals engaged in prosthetics and orthotics as well as other different specialities in the field of rehabilitation medicine to share their experience and expertise in the fields of service delivery, research, education and training.

Slovenia, a member of the European Union, will be your host country in its tourist town Portorož – Portorose, with a tradition of memorable hospitality. All further information is available on the website http://www.ce-ispo2008.org/, which is regularly updated.

Organisation of such a large and important meeting (about 200 participants are expected) represents a demanding task from organisational as well as from the financial point of view. On the other hand we believe that this event is a perfect and unique opportunity for your company to present itself and to make new contacts in order to increase your economic success. At the same time it will be at the same place also the 7th Mediterranean Congress of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, for which about 400 participants are expected. Most of them will visit also ISPO exhibition.

Therefore the Organizing Committee in Slovenia would like to invite you to participate as a sponsor or exhibitor. We offer you a variety of cooperation possibilities (please see Appendix), but any other proposals and suggestions are also welcome and will be discussed.

Cancellation Cancellation of the sponsorship depends on the contract.

All cancellations of participation in the exhibition must be sent in writing to CANKARJEV DOM. Exhibition cancellations received before June 30, 2008 will be refunded 50 % of received payment. After this date no payment will be refunded.
